We review the abstracts for completeness and format considerations and contact the authors if there are any remaining issues or requirements. Based on your preferences we develop an evaluation page and conduct correspondence with authors and evaluators throughout the entire process. You receive from us a well-organised evaluation report stating all grades/marks from the evaluation process which may be of use to you in planning the scientific programme. We deliver the papers accepted to you in a layout ready for publication.
We provide a Media Acceptance Service at the conference information desk to ensure the presentations are technically flawless. In addition to checking the presentation technology, we coordinate the sequence of usage with the speakers and are on hand to assist them at all times.
