On-site conference execution

Depending on the size of the conference, two experienced project managers or project managers plus several assistants will be on-site to run the conference front desk and to function as the primary on-site contact persons for participants.

Front desk staff hand out name tags and personal documents to participants, and process new registrations.

Any outstanding fees/charges are payable to our cashier, and cost assumption forms are filled out and receipts issued from the desk. We are prepared for all questions and requests ranging from internet access to directions, and are there to help your participants, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors. The front desk staff coordinates all on-site activities, directing workers and subcontractor firms.
