Exhibitions and sponsorships
Planning to have an exhibition at your conference? Do you have sponsors interested in presenting at a stand or book table?
Here too, we can assist you with planning. We prepare the registration documents and contracts for exhibitors and sponsors, handle invoicing and payment processing for you and prepare a list of exhibitors for your programme. We jointly draw up the space allocation and stand assignment plan. Our responsibilities additionally include equipping the individual stands with the required technology and furnishings and clarifying any safety/security clearances required for the exhibition.
We provide exhibitors and sponsors with all information they need ahead of the conference so as to leave no questions unanswered. We coordinate deliveries and oversee setup and dismantling. We are on hand as a contact at all times. When all is done, we can also take over the sending out of thank you notes for you.
