Conference participant services

Taking care of your convention participants is among our core activities.

The first step is programming an online registration form for you and providing a link to embed in your conference website to allow advance registration. Once online registration commences, we collect and store the relevant personal data for you. We book the received registration fees and send out all important documents, including registration and payment confirmations.

We are available at all times for questions from participants, for change requests and other matters, by phone and in writing. If desired we can also create invoices and obtain matriculation documentation. Ahead of the conference we prepare the registration documents for all participants, which typically include a personalised participation certificate, a name badge in a clip-on plastic case and entrance tickets to the activities included in the accompanying programme.

Not infrequently, planning for the next conference begins as soon as another has ended. Take advantage of our final evaluation service to find out how the conference was perceived by the participants. We conduct surveys for you, record feedback and identify areas with optimisation potential.
